Изучите страницу карьерной лестницы, для продажи рефералов у вас должен быть статус "активист".

Я уже активист, но у большинства рефералов в списке нет кнопки продажи, почему?
Продать можно только качественного реферала, для продажи существует 4 необходимых условия:

Реферал должен подтвердить любой из способов связи.
Реферал должен заработать 1 руб. или пополнить счёт на 1 руб.
У реферала должно быть минимум 5 очков опыта.
Реферал заходил в аккаунт хотя бы 1 раз в течении последних 30 дней.

Если реферал не продаётся в течении 2-х недель, то он снимается с биржи. В ближайшие 2 недели на бирже исчезнут оставшиеся рефералы не подходящие под определение качественных.
